From the moment you hit “order” to the second you lift that lid, we want every part of your experience to feel intentional—like a story unfolding.
- Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $90 ship free. It’s our way of saying thank you for letting us be part of your story.
- Flat Rate: Orders under $90 ship for a flat $6.95–$9.95, depending on weight and distance.
- Shipping Time: Orders leave our studio in Kentucky within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your scent is on its way.
- Carriers: We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on which gets your order to you fastest and safest.
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We know scent is personal—and sometimes surprises you. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it better.
- Returns: Unused and unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can help.
- Damaged in Transit? Snap a photo and send it our way. We’ll refund or replace it at no cost to you.
- Wrong Scent or Product? We’ll make it right. We want you to love what you receive.
- Scent Not Your Thing? While we can’t accept returns on opened products, we’re happy to help you find a scent that does feel like home.
Return Shipping: In most cases, customers cover return shipping unless the issue was our mistake or damage during delivery.
